Poor Man'S Steak In A Skillet

   In large bowl, chop onion and pepper.

   Add 1 pound ground meat and bread crumbs.

   Mix together well.

   Make patties and cover both sides with flour.

   In large skillet, brown patties slightly on both sides.

   Next, cover the patties with mushroom soup.

   Add 1 can of water (wash out soup can).

   Cook until patties are done and you have a rich gravy (about 30 minutes).

   Serve over rice if you like.
