   Brown ground beef.

   Mix in taco seasoning.

   Add dash of salt and pepper. Boil grated carrots and potatoes in enough water to cover.

   When tender, drain well and add to meat mixture.

   Cook over low heat until well blended.

   Spread desired amount of mixture on flour tortillas.

   Add sour cream to taste.

   Roll up.
