Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 c. chicken broth
6 c. sliced potatoes
1 med. onion, sliced and separated into rings

Brown pork chops on both sides in warm oil in 12-inch skillet.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile, heat butter in saucepan.
