Perfect Popovers With Honey Butter

   Preheat oven 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

   Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of honey (you can heat them together). Put eggs in a blender and mix for several seconds until light. Then add the melted butter and honey, the milk, sugar, salt, and flour and blend for several seconds until combined.

   Use another 2 tablespoons of butter (more if needed) to generously coat a 12-muffin pan. Fill the cups 3/4th of the way full.

   Cook for 20-30 minutes until puffed and deep golden brown on the top, rotating the pan if needed.

   While the popovers bake, combine the last 2 tablespoons of butter with the remaining 2 tablespoons of warm honey. You can drizzle the honey butter on top of the warm popovers, or serve on the side and dip them in the honey butter.
