Perfect Iced Mocha

   Slightly melt some of the chocolate and mix with the coffee to make a paste with a drop or two of milk- set aside.

   Pour the rest of the milk into the blender, break up chunks of chocolate, pour in the mocha paste and blend for 10-15 seconds.

   Add ice-cubes and blend for another 10-15 seconds.

   Put a scoop of vanilla ice-cream into the bottom of each glass and pour in the mixture on the top, serve:)
