Cut the steak into one-inch strips and place in skillet.

Pour a little soy sauce over each piece of steak.

Saute until brown, adding soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce as needed.

Place 3 cups of water in a pot and bring to a boil; add rice.

Cook the water out of rice and remove from stove.

Cut up the green pepper, onion, garlic and mushrooms into a desirable size.

Add to the steak in skillet.
