1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lg. egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 to 1 cup choped pecans

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon into mixing bowl.

Add white and brown sugar; stir in pecans.

Combine egg, oil and milk in small bowl; blend well.

Add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten; Batter will be thick Spoon batter into 12 greased 2-1/2 inch muffin-pan cups or 6 greased 3-1/2 inch muffin cups.

Bake in 375F.
