Peanut Butter Cookies

   Mix flour, salt and baking soda.

   Set aside.

   Mix shortening and peanut butter.

   Add both kinds of sugar.

   Mix well.

   Add eggs and beat well.

   Stir flour mixture into peanut butter mixture. Roll into one big ball.

   Drop dough from a teaspoon onto a baking sheet.

   Flatten with a fork.

    Bake at 375u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
