Peanut Brittle Candy

   Combine sugar, peanuts, syrup, water and salt; cook on high until it becomes to good boiling point.

   Turn down to medium heat (3 or 4 from high) and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.

   Be sure not to overcook.

   Turn back on high and get real hot; pour soda in, stirring constantly.

   Pour on well buttered cookie sheet.

   Take a knife and pull to make thin candy.
