4 peaches, peeled, pitted and halved crosswise
1 c. skim lowfat milk
1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
2 Large eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large saucepan.

Place over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Add in peaches; cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 min or possibly till peaches are tender.
