Pb Muffins With Honey

   Grease a muffin pan or use paper liners in your muffin pan

   In a large bowl combine the eggs, honey, vegetable oil, buttermilk, peanut butter and vanilla

   In another bowl combine the stirred flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt and chopped peanuts and blen well

   Stir the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients but do not over mix or the muffins will not bake right

   Scoop the mixture intp greased or papper lined muffin pan, filling only 2/3 full for each muffin

6. 6

   Bake in preheated 400 degree F oven for 18-20 minutes

   Muffins are done when an inserted toothpick comes out clean
