Pasta's Cucumber Salad

   Wash and peel cucumbers.

   Slice cucumbers thin into a bowl.

   Dice tomato and chop green onion.

   Mix veggies all together with dash of salt and pepper to your taste.

   Mix salad vinegar and vegetable oil in a 1 vinegar to 2 oil ratio.

   Always add vinegar first.

   (I use a serving spoon to measure out)

   Stir together and then refrigerate for about an hour prior to serving.
