Preheat oven to 400u00b0F. Cook bacon in a frying pan on high heat for 3 mins, until crisp. Mix with breadcrumbs, Parmesan and parsley.

Combine butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and mustard in a shallow bowl. Add chicken; turn to coat.

Meanwhile, to make creamy basil dressing, combine all ingredients in a small saucepan on high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer for 2-3 mins, until thickened slightly.

Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Press breadcrumb mixture over top. Bake for 12-15 mins, until chicken is cooked and breadcrumbs are golden.
