Parmesan Chicken – a delicious recipe with Mozzarella cheese, eggs, pepper, bread crumbs, oil, tomato sauce. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 boneless chicken breasts

Mix eggs and pepper.

Roll chicken in egg mixture and then in the bread crumbs.

Cook in oil until brown on both sides.

Set aside.

Mix tomato sauce, seasonings, Parmesan cheese and butter in saucepan.

Heat on stove.

Put chicken in casserole dish and pour sauce over top.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered. Uncover and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.

Return to oven and heat until cheese is melted.
