1 1/2 cups chicken broth
⅔ cup white wine
1 cup mushrooms minced
36 each oysters
1 1/2 cups shrimp chopped
2 each egg yolks
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Melt butter and saute onions until golden brown.

Gradually stir in stock, wine, mushrooms, and shrimps.
