4 ounces bacon, chopped

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried leaf oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme

In a large saute pan, over medium heat, render the bacon until crispy, about 8 minutes.

Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a saucepan, over medium heat, melt the butter.
