1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 tsp. vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 bunch green onions, tops and all, thinly sliced

Mix first four ingredients together and add mayonnaise. Beat. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and add cool jello mixture. Use 9 X 13 pan, sprayed with Pam.
