With mixer beat for two minutes, occasionally scraping down sides of bowl.

Add eggs and beat for two more minutes.

Pour batter into prepared pan(s), dividing equally if using two.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from oven.

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes and then turn out to cooling rack, cool completely.
