3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup apple butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup peeled and chopped apples

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

Note: The apple butter and Neufchatel cheese mixture MUST be made first.

With a hand mixer, mix Neufchatel cheese, 3 Tbsp.
