Finely grind half the hazelnuts and half the almonds in a food processor and finely chop the rest. Either chop or process the fruit until all the pieces are small. In a bowl, mix the nuts, dried fruits, cinnamon, ginger, oatmeal and flour.

Preheat the oven to 325u00b0F. Crack the eggs into a bowl, and slowly add the sugar, beating until creamy. Add the honey and mix well. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients.

Line a 6 x 9 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper. Spoon the mixture onto the pan and smooth with the back of a metal teaspoon. Bake for about 25 minutes, until lightly browned and firm. Remove and while still warm, cut into 12 pieces. Allow to cool in pan.
