Ingredients: 1 lb medium noodles; 1/4 lb + 2 Tbs butter; 1/2 lb cottage cheese; 1 c + 1 Tbs sugar; 6 beaten eggs; 1 pt sour cream; 3 tsp cinnamon; 1/2 Tbs vanilla; 1 c golden raisins; 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs

Cook noodles per instructions on box

Add1/4 lb butter to hot noodles and mix

Combine cottage cheese, 1 c sugar,eggs,sour cream,vanilla and 2 tsp cinnamon

Pour boiling Water over raisins, drain and add to above ingredients.

Mix all of this with the noodles in the dish.

Mix Graham crackers crumbs, 2 Tbl butter, 1 Tbl sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon and pour over noodles.

Bake for 40 minutes or until golden
