   In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, sour cream and eggs.

   In a saucepan, bring to a boil water, margarine and cocoa.

   Add hot cocoa mixture all at once to flour mixture and cream together.

   Do not beat.

   Pour mixture into a greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350u00b0 for 20 minutes.
