Beat steak with cola bottle top on both sides.

Cut steak in thin strips; dredge in seasoned flour.

Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in 1/2 cup butter about 4 minutes.

Add remaining butter and meat, cook for about 3 more minutes (stirring continuously). Remove from heat and remove steak and vegetables.

Pour all but about 6 tablespoons of drippings in cup.

Add 3 tablespoons of flour and mix with drippings left in pan.

Add consomme.

Stir until thick but smooth.

Add sour cream, salt, pepper and paprika and Worcestershire sauce.

Stir and cook on medium-low heat until well blended.

Add meat and vegetables and serve over rice, egg noodles or toast.
