1 teaspoon Cumin
2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoons Pepper

1 bunch Tuscan Kale, Ribs Removed And Chopped Into 1-inch Pieces
1/4 cups Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cups Red Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
1 whole Lemon, Juice Only
1-1/2 Tablespoon Oil, Divided

Saute carrots and celery in a medium stockpot in 1 tablespoon oil for 6-10 minutes.
