Mustard Crusted Tuna Steaks

   Place bread crumbs in a shallow bowl.

   Brush each tuna steak with mustard.

   Dip coated tuna in bread crumbs to cover all sides.

   Heat butter in a large heavy skillet.

   Cook tuna steaks over medium heat until golden brown.

   Turn carefully and cook other side.

   Do not overcook or tuna will be too dry.
