Moist Bread Stuffing

   In a 5 to 8 quart saucepan, cook onion and celery in butter over medium heat until tender, about 8 minutes.

   Remove from heat; add bread and remaining ingredients.

   Mix well.

   Stuff 12 to 16 pound turkey or put stuffing in 9 x 13-inch pan covered with foil and bake in 325u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
