Ingredients: 1 each 100% Whole Wheat Pizza Dough, prepared (click to view recipe); 1 cup marinara sauce or tomato sauce; 1 cup mozzarella cheese divided; 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes oil packed, drained and sliced; 1 cup mushrooms white button or cremini, sliced, optional; 1/4 cup artichoke hearts marinated, jared, sliced; 1/4 cup red onion halved and thinly sliced; 1/4 cup sweet red bell peppers, roasted slice into strips; 1/2 cup green olives or black olives, drained, pitted and sliced; 1 x red hot pepper sauce or other brand, for serving, optional

1 cup marinara sauce or tomato sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese divided
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes oil packed, drained and sliced
1 cup mushrooms white button or cremini, sliced, optional
1/4 cup artichoke hearts marinated, jared, sliced
1/4 cup red onion halved and thinly sliced
1/4 cup sweet red bell peppers, roasted slice into strips
1/2 cup green olives or black olives, drained, pitted and sliced
1 x red hot pepper sauce or other brand, for serving, optional

Preheat the oven to 450F (230C).

Roll the pizza dough into 12-inch circles or use prepared pizza crust.

Spread the marinara sauce or tomato sauce over the pizza dough.

Sprinkle 1/2 mozzarella cheese over sauce.

Top with sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, red onions, bell peppers, and green olives.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and brown and the cheese melts.

Cool for a few minutes, cut into wedges.

Serve warm with some red hot pepper sauce if desired.
