Ingredients: 2 large Chicken Breasts; 1/4 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Black Pepper; 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder; 1 can Chopped Tomatoes; 2 tsp Butter; 1 large Onion Chopped; 200 grams Button Mushrooms cut into 1/4; 1 cup Boiling Water; 1 cup Chicken Stock; 1 cup Chicken and Mushroom Soup Mix; 1/2 tsp white pepper; 1 1/2 cup Sweet Pepper chopped; 1 tbsp Lemon Juice; 1 tsp Corn Flour to thicken

Servings: persons

2 large Chicken Breasts
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 can Chopped Tomatoes
2 tsp Butter
1 large Onion Chopped
200 grams Button Mushrooms cut into 1/4
1 cup Boiling Water
1 cup Chicken Stock
1 cup Chicken and Mushroom Soup Mix
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 1/2 cup Sweet Pepper chopped
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Corn Flour to thicken

Fry Chicken pieces until coloured, add Salt,Pepper and Garlic granuals and mix well.

Remove chicken put into a greased croc pot with lid..

Use Butter to melt, in fry pan and add Chopped Onions, saute onions until opaque in colourthen add 1/4 Cut Mushrooms fry for 3 mins stirring.

Add Black Pepper and Sweet pepers mix well then transfer to croc pot with Chicken stir to mix .

Add Lemon , Stock , water , can of Chicken and Mushroom soup mix.

Stir mix well bring to the boil reduce heat to simmer for 1 - 1 1/2 stirring occasionary.

At the end stir in Corn flour mixed in a small amount of water and stir in to thicken if you want it thicker just add another heaped teaspoon of corn flour to a small amount of water ..

Serve with Boiled New Potatoes or Potatoe Wedges.

If you like it not thickened you can have Crusty cobs to dip in.
