2 lbs ground turkey
1 ½ cups oats
2 eggs
5 garlic cloves, minced
14 large sweet onion, diced
1 ½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon oregano
3 tablespoons mayonnaise (heaping)
½ cup ketchup
2 teaspoons hot sauce
2 ounces cheese, shredded

Combine all ingredients, except cheese.

Put some of the cheese on it and then put the other half on top of the 1st half to make a loaf with cheese in the middle.
