Preheat oven to 400 F.

Beat eggs in bowl. Mix in the milk (1 tablespoon of milk per egg) and salt and pepper.

Spray a 6-count standard size muffin pan with non-stick spray. Line one slice of bacon around the inside edge of each muffin mold. Press bacon into the walls. Fill each well about 3/4 full (about 1 egg per mold).

Add 1 tablespoon of grated cheese into each well. Stir. Add cooked sausage and top with the remaining cheese.

Cook in the 400 F oven until done, about 20-25 minutes. Once the surface of the frittata is firm (about halfway through the cook time) add the halved cherry tomatoes over the top of each and finish cooking.

Remove from oven when done. Garnish with parsley leaf or chopped Italian parsley.
