1/2 c. warm water
1 lb. ground beef
11 1/4 oz. envelope taco seasoning
3/4 c. water
1 (4 oz.) can chili peppers, chopped fine (optional)
1/2 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. lettuce, chopped
1 c. tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
