2 to 3 lb. hamburg
Italian bread crumbs
Ritz crackers
onion, chopped up small
dash of onion salt
dash of garlic salt
dash of salt and pepper
2 eggs
tiny dash of bells seasoning
1 stick margarine

In large bowl mix together hamburger, eggs, salt, pepper, onion and garlic salts, bells seasoning and chopped onion.

Use 1 package (roll) of Ritz crackers, broken up fine.

Mix with bread crumbs.

Melt margarine in small pan on top of stove and mix all together.

Cook in crock-pot on low for 3 to 4 hours, depending on amount you're making.

After 1 1/2 hours add sauce of your choice.
