1 egg
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. ketchup
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients except ketchup. Spread mixture in a loaf pan, or shape into loaf in a rectangular pan.
