   Prepare 4 to 6 meat patties.

   In a large iron skillet, cook the meat patties for about 15 minutes.

   Peel and quarter potatoes and onions.

   Dice the bell pepper.

   Combine the pepper, onions and potatoes in microwave-safe dish.

   Cook on High in microwave for 7 to 8 minutes.

   Pour off almost all of the grease in meat.

   Add potatoes, onions and bell pepper to meat patties.

   Cover and cook all together for about 10 minutes.

    Uncover, then brown for about 2 to 3 minutes.
