Meagan's Meatloaf

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   In a large bowl, add all ingredients EXCEPT the egg

   Mix just enough to incorporate (it's ok to use your hands!

   Try not to over mix).

   Add in egg, and mix into meat mixture (binding everything together).

   In an 8x8 glass dish, add meat and make level.

   Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes (or until center is cooked through).

   Remove from oven and drain liquid.

   Cut up and serve with drizzled BBQ sauce over the top.
