Mashed Potato Cake

   Cream butter and sugar.

   Add eggs and beat well.

   Add potatoes and grated chocolate.

   Sift flour, baking powder and spices together and add alternately with milk.

   Add nuts, raisins and vanilla.

   Bake in a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan or 2 (10-inch) round pans.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
