Score the flank steak in a diamond pattern on both sides.

Combine all the rest of the ingredients and put in a heavy plastic bag with the flank steak and refrigerate.

(The longer you can marinate this, the better I try to get it started the day before Im going to cook it, but its still good even if you only let it marinate for 4-6 hours.)

Once your grill is hot, grill to taste I like medium rare, which is probably 5-6 minutes a side, but my husband likes his done a little more than that.
