1/4 c. flour
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. butter
1 c. (4 ounce.) sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
1/2 c. onion, minced
1 c. lowfat sour cream
3 c. noodles, cooked

Cut meat into thin strips.

In large skillet, brown meat in butter.
