Mama'S Sweet Potato Pies

   First bake your sweet potatoes; this keeps the flavor of your sweet potatoes.

   Then mash potatoes; dump in some sugar, eggs, melted butter, as much coconut and raisins as you like, vanilla if you wish or spices to taste.

   Bake at 325u00b0 until knife comes out clean.

   Your sweet potatoes can be baked and put in freezer to keep for later use.
