Make-Do Pink Sauce

   Heat oil in a medium pan and saute onion, garlic, and bell pepper until the onion starts to turn translucent.

   Add tomatoes and about 1/4 cup of water (just enough to coat the bottom of the pan so the tomatoes don't dry up), cover, and let cook until the tomatoes fall apart, about 5-10 minutes.

   Stir everything so the mixture actually looks like tomato sauce.

   Boil off any excess liquid.

   Turn off heat and stir in cream, catsup, and salt.

   Add more cream if needed to achieve desired flavor and color.
