2 tablespoons oil
salt and pepper
1/2 cup beef broth
Cream Sauce
1/2 cup butter
2 cups heavy cream
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
