   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Place butter in 13 x 9-inch pan and place in oven to melt butter.

   Sprinkle crumbs over butter and press down with a fork.

   Sprinkle coconut, then add chocolate chips, and then pecans.

   Drizzle surface with condensed milk. Bake for 30 minutes at 350u00b0.
