When the butter and sugar have melted and everything is well mixed, simmer over medium-low heat until there's no liquid left in the pan, stirring occasionally.

11
When the liquid is gone and the apple pieces are translucent, slightly golden brown, and glossy, the filling is done.

12
Leave it to cool down completely.

-
17

22
After the program is done (1st rising), take the dough out of the machine.
-
23
Measure the dough and divide into 9 pieces.
-
24
Lightly roll each piece into a ball.
-
25
Ref: With about 450 g of dough, you can can make 9 portions that are about 50g each.
-
26
Cover the dough balls with a moistened kitchen towel so they don't dry out.
-
27
Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
-
28
Press down evenly on each ball on a work surface or between your hands to deflate them.

-
31
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and leave to rise at 105F/40C for 15 minutes.
-
32
(Preheat the oven to 105F/40C in advance.)
-
33
After letting the dough rise in the oven for 15 minutes, take it out and let it rise at room temperature for about 10 to 15 minutes.
-
34
(This is because the oven needs to be preheated to bake the bread.)
-
35
Preheat the oven to 375F/190C, starting as soon as you take the baking sheet out.
-
36
The dough should rise to about 70-80% of the height of the muffin cups.
-
37
It's the same if you let them rise at room temperature for the whole 2nd rising.
-
38
Bake in a 375F/190C oven for about 14 minutes.
-
39
Transfer the baked bread on a cooling rack.
-
40
When they've cooled down, they're done!
-
41
If you have the type of bread machine where the yeast is added to the baking pan, be sure to keep it away from the salt.
