1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
2 c. water
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 egg
Generous dash of pepper
1 c. lowfat sour cream
6 ounce. (3 c.) macaroni

Mix beef, lowfat milk, crumbs, onions, 1 Tbsp.

Mix flour and cool water to create a smooth paste, stir into lowfat sour cream sauce and cook a few min, stirring till sauce thickens a little.
