Miracle Whip; 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice; 1 1/2 tsp. sugar; 1 1/2 tsp. salt; pepper to taste

2 c. uncooked macaroni
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced (for top)
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 small can tuna, drained and rinsed
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Cook macaroni.

Drain and rinse with cold water.

Drain well. Mix together the macaroni, tuna, celery, onion and 2 chopped eggs. Mix together the Miracle Whip, lemon juice, sugar and salt.

Add this mixture to macaroni mixture and sprinkle with celery seed and pepper.
