Macaroni Salad

   Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.

   Put in the sliced carrot and macaroni to cook.

   (Follow the cooking time instructed on the package)

   Slice the cucumber and put them into a bowl.

   Add a pinch of salt and rub, let it sit for a while to marinate.

   Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper to make the dressing.

   Squeeze the cucumber to get rid of the excess water.

   Add the cooled macaroni and carrot into the bowl.

   Pour over the dressing and mix well.

    Season with salt and pepper if needed.

    You can serve it right now or let it cool in fridge and enjoy the salad cold.

    note: It is also tasty to add ham or sausages into this salad.

    For the dressing, you can add dried herbs.
