Combine all ingredients except tenderloins in a medium mixing bowl.

Pour mixture into a gallon size zip-lock bag.

Drop in the tenderloins and coat with the marinade.

Carefully squeeze out the extra air and seal.

Store overnight in the refrigerator.

The next day, when youre ready, preheat the oven to 350F.

Pour the tenderloins and all of the marinade into a baking dish (I use a 9 x 12 pyrex dish) and bake for 45 minutes.

Take the tenderloins out of the oven and let sit about 10 minutes.

Slice 1/2 thick medallions at an angle and dribble the leftover marinade over the slices as a sauce.
