Meat Ball Arden Skillet Recipe

   TO PREPARE MEAT BALLS: Cook onion in 1 Tbsp.

   butter till its tender but not brown.

   (Use same large skillet you will need later).

   Combine next 5 ingredients, beat thoroughly.

   This mix should be light and fluffy.

   Add in cooked onion and form into 1 inch balls.

   In large skillet brown balls lightly in little additional butter.

   Shake skillet to turn the meat balls, as they brown push the balls aside.
