   Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.

   Combine the melted, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Use a hand mixer moving from low speed to full throttle as quickly as possible to beat the eggs in one at a time mixing well each time.

   Sift together the flour, cocoa powder and salt. Gradually add the flour mixture into the butter and sugar mixture - add little by little the whole while running the hand mixer - full throttle! Hand fold in the chopped chocolate chunks and ground coffee. Spread into prepared baking dish.

   Bake 35-40 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
