1/4 cups Chopped Yellow Onion
1/4 cups Chopped Celery
1 cup Crushed Buttery Crackers
2 Tablespoons Sherry

1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Onion
4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
8 ounces, weight Lobster Meat, Steamed
1/2 cups Dry White Wine
2 Tablespoons Shallots
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 cup Heavy Cream
5 ounces, weight Garlic Herb Boursin Cheese
